We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We headed down to Lexington after Olivia’s nap and got there around 3:00. Brooke made cupcakes shaped like turkeys for dessert and also bought a pumpkin pie. We ate lunch and then played in the back yard for a while, then came back in for dessert. We thought ahead and brought the DVD player so our trip home would not be full of screams, and it worked perfectly. It is our new best friend for the long car rides.
