Florida

We had a great trip to Florida last week.  We got to see some old friends, spend lots of time with family, and bring Livi to the beach again.  We had a great time.

We got a lot of swim time in the pool.  Livi really liked the pool this time.

I tried getting her to blow bubbles in the water to get her used to putting her face in, but all she wanted to do was drink like a dog.

Ryan and Olivia had fun creating new ways to play with dog kennels.

Livi had the most fun at the beach.  We were able to go there two days.  The first day we forgot her beach toys, but luckily found this little broken green shovel half buried in the sand.  She loved it and it became a staple the first day.

Between beach visits, Olivia got some relaxing time in.  She was looking cute in her heart shirt outfit so we had to get some quick shots in.  We actually got some real smiles out of her.

Then back to the beach.  Livi sat on a boogie board in the ocean, but got hit with a big wave that soaked her.  Shocked her a little, but she was right back in, sans boogie board, soon after.

We couldn’t keep her away from her bucket and shovel.  Well, actually, she liked using her hands to dig in the sand more than the shovel.

We were even able to get a few nights out as adults!!

We had a great time and hope to do it again next year!!!
