First off, we visited a friend Sunday afternoon that had two puppy labs. They were a little wild and had sharp puppy claws, and one gave Olivia a bearhug from behind and caught the right side of her face with its claw and caused a pretty long scratch. Livi is fine and it will heal pretty fast, but that is the scar you see in the following pictures.
Olivia got to help carve her first pumpkin Sunday. She was actually pretty good at cleaning it out. She wasted no time getting her hands dirty and squishing around in pumpkin pulp. She even tried a seed, but didn’t like it too much. She also tried eating the pumpkin’s eye, but again, didn’t like it. After we were done, we lit it up and kept it on the dining room table during her night time routine. Unfortunately since Halloween was Saturday night here, we just carved this on Sunday then threw it out that night. Kind of a waste but Livi loved it.
