Today when I dropped Olivia off at Young World, all the kids ran up to Ms. Casey and said “Ms. Casey, there is a bug!!” This immediately peaked Livi’s curiosity, and she started running to where all the kids were standing. Ms. Casey said “Well, Olivia will know what do.” I watched as Livi walked into the middle of about 15 kids looking at a palmetto bug on the windowsill, and she reached down, picked it up and let it crawl all over her hand and fingers. Ms. Casey then said, “ok Olivia, lets put it outside please.” Lee walked to the door while all the kids were following her and cheering, and dropped it outside, then looked up at me with a “what is the big deal” look. The whole thing was hilarious, but the look at the end on her face was the best. It was like she could not understand why everyone was making a big deal out of it. Leave it to Livi to be that different, but she had the whole class cheering her on. My little Lee!!
